1. General Terms of Use
1.1 Acceptance and Purpose of the Application
Use of the CallSearch application implies full acceptance of these Terms of Use.
If the user does not agree with them, they must refrain from using the application.
The CallSearch application is designed to facilitate the user’s manual access to public resources for querying phone numbers,
through tools that organize links in an accessible interface.
1.2 Functional Neutrality
The design allows the user to add or remove websites from the interface. The app does not impose specific links but simply
provides an editable template, giving the user full control over which sites are consulted.
1.3 Legitimate Use of Content
The app displays pages exactly as they are loaded in the WebView browser, without altering them, interfering with their code,
extracting structured data, automating actions, or modifying content.
This constitutes a legitimate and neutral use, identical to the behavior of a conventional browser.
1.4 Free and Premium Versions
The free version is funded through non-intrusive advertising.
The premium version removes ads and may include additional features specific to the application (not related to external content).
In no case does the user pay for third-party content, but solely for the development, maintenance, and functionality of the application.
1.5 Technical Liability Limitation
The performance of the application may vary depending on the device manufacturer (OEM), the operating system version,
or subsequent updates that affect permissions, background processes, or battery restrictions.
Therefore, the developer does not guarantee identical functionality on all devices and is not responsible for potential
technical incompatibilities beyond their control.
2. Disclaimer Regarding Third-Party Websites
2.1 No Affiliation
This application is not owned by, affiliated with, associated with, or sponsored by any of the websites that may be accessed
from it, such as Tellows, ListaSpam, TelGuarder, or others. It acts as an independent public access point.
2.2 Display Without Modification
No scraping, parsing, or automated content extraction is performed. The app simply opens a public link in a standard manner
via WebView, without altering the expected behavior of the original site.
2.3 Identical Browser Experience
Content displayed through the app is exactly the same as what would appear in any browser, in accordance with the site’s public
conditions, without overlaying elements or directly profiting from the information contained therein.
2.4 User’s Role
The user has full control: they can add, delete, or modify links. This reinforces the neutrality of the app and the fact that the developer
does not impose sources.
2.5 Public Visibility of Links
All links used in the application lead to websites accessible from any browser without authentication, payment, licensing,
or technical restrictions.
2.6 Technical Legal Interpretation
The technical interpretation of applicable law supports that there is no copyright infringement, violation of terms of use, or misuse
of third-party resources, since:
No content is reproduced or stored internally.
No mass automated access is performed.
No direct profit is derived from third-party content.
Content is not altered or integrated into the app’s interface.
2.7 Exclusion of Liability for External Claims
Any claim related to the use of a source or website must be directed to the end user, who has been clearly informed of their
freedom of choice and control over the available links.
2.8 Independent Monetization from Third Parties
The CallSearch application does not generate revenue or direct benefits from third-party content displayed in the interface.
Any monetization model (e.g., in-app advertising or premium subscriptions) applies exclusively to the development, maintenance,
and improvement of the application itself.
In no case are data obtained from external websites commercialized, licensed, or resold.
2.9 Use of WebView and Cookies
The application uses a WebView component to display external pages. These sites may request the use of cookies, display consent
banners, or apply their own privacy policies, exactly as in a standard browser.
The acceptance, rejection, or management of such cookies is the sole responsibility of the user and the target website.
The developer does not access or control information that may be stored in those cookies.
The user understands and accepts that interaction with such banners and policies is part of browsing each third-party site, under
their sole responsibility.
3. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
3.1 Territorial Jurisdiction
All disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction corresponding to the developer’s domicile, unless mandatory law dictates otherwise.
No jurisdiction unilaterally imposed by third-party websites will be recognized.
3.2 No Automatic Adherence to Third-Party Policies
The fact that a website includes unilateral terms of use does not create a legal obligation for developers or users who do not
interact with such content in an automated or profit-oriented manner.
3.3 No Technical Circumvention
The app does not circumvent technological protection measures.
It does not bypass captchas, modify headers, extract content via scripts, or use crawling techniques.
3.4 Legitimate Use Principle
The technical, non-commercial, educational, and user-convenience purpose is protected under doctrines of fair use and legitimate
access, as long as the original service is not harmed and the data are not used for redistribution.
3.5 User Flexibility and Responsibility
The ability to add or remove websites grants the user full autonomy.
This structure exempts the developer from direct responsibility regarding the specific content the user chooses to access.
4. Additional Provisions
4.1 Minimum Age
The application is not specifically directed at minors under 13/16 years old (depending on applicable law in each country).
If a minor uses the application, it is understood to be under the supervision and with the consent of their parents or legal guardians.
4.2 Modification of Terms of Use
The developer reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time, notifying users of changes through the application
itself or through standard communication channels.
4.3 Effective Date
These Terms of Use take effect on 09/10/2025.
